3 Things You Should Do Immediately in the Community

Blog Post created by kgastaldo Employee on Sep 20, 2016

1. Complete Your Profile

Your profile is valuable in so many ways. Many of the fields you complete can be used in search or as filters to help other like-minded users connect with you. It also provides some context around how you interact with Alfresco (product, version, job title), which can help other users answer your questions appropriately. You'll want to update your preferences, should you want to keep all community notifications in the community, rather than in your email.

To update your profile, click your avatar image in top right menu and select "Edit Profile."

2. Follow a Space

Keep informed in your areas of interest by Following a space. If you're working in ECM, just click Follow on the ECM home page.

You can then set up streams of people or spaces that you follow on the news page

3. Let us know what you're working on.

We've created a post here to share what you're working on currently. You can chat with other members who may have similar interests (or pain points) and exchange ideas. Get to know each other beyond your location and title - and see if you can help or be helped!
