Not everyone uses an IDE and for some things a plain old text editor will do. And there are certainly more IDEs in the world than these two, but if you had to pick between these, which of the two do you use most often?
IntelliJ for Android development, but Eclipse for everything else Java, especially the Spring Tool Suite variant.
IntelliJ Idea is more comfortable for development for me
Eclipse for Alfresco, but using maven always from command line.
I use Eclipse/Spring-Tool-Suite more, but like IntelliJ more I have a license for IntelliJ and use it for personal projects.
I generally use Eclipse
I use MyEclipse Professional from its first version, it is a commercial and supported version of Eclipse. I found it very stable, now there is the CI version that allows you to update the platform more often. There are advanced editors and a better support for Maven and other components.
I use Eclipse for development, Maven to build it up and Jenkins as CI system
I'm missing Netbeans as a choise, am I the only one using it?
IntelliJ for Android, Eclipse/MyEclipse for Java
Currently working with Eclipse but thinking of switching to Intellij
