Alfresco content application file and folder template

Hi, Please a need your help, I create one test file and folder template in alfresco share and its work very well but when i try to create a file or folder template in alfresco content application i get this error The action was unsuccessful. Try again or contact your IT Team.

Is there anything in the alfresco log file or the browser logs?
