Alfresco Edit In Microsoft Office Problem

I am using alfresco community 5.2 and I have enabled Edit in Microsoft Office with SSL.It is working but some time Opening document in Ms Office takes too much time and some time it open within time.

What could be the issue?

I dont know I am correct on this assumption. If I make Remember me then sure it takes too much time on subsequect open.

Help me to resolve this issue!

What is MS Office version and architecture (bit)?

I have tried with Office 365-2019,2016. Does it makes any problem with 32/64 bit version?

In my case updated  Office 2016 some times take a long time, some time don't save at all.  Some time files stuck in transfer cache. Document versions don't work.

Before updates Office 2016 works perfect.

About 32 versoin look at https://docs.alfresco.com/aos/concepts/aos-troubleshooting.html#aos-troubleshooting__1

But I do not find any confirmation in my experiments.

So I downgrade to 2013.
