I am upgrading Alfresco 4.2 to Alfresco 5.1.

But no where I am getting info does alfresco web client docasu (Alfresco ECM DoCASU ) will work with 5.1 or not .

and if not then what is alternative for Alfresco ECM DoCASU .

How about from the company that created that client? There is a "Contact Us" link right at the bottom of the page to which you linked. Given that the page hasn't been updated since 2008 (back when Jeff Potts worked with Optaros), I very much doubt that it'll support 5.1

Good ole Docasu. Ah, those were the days.

As Axel mentions, time has marched on, Optaros turned their attention elsewhere, and very few people know or use Docasu, which was an alternative front-end for Alfresco.

Today the alternative is to either use the Alfresco Developer Framework, the Alfresco Content Application, which is built with the ADF, or just build your own front-end using your favorite tool.
