Does a build of Alfresco 5.1.5 Community edition exist?  If so where can I download it from?

5.1.5 is an Enterprise release,

5.1.e is the last Community release IIRC.

Edit: 5.1.e was the last 5.1 Community release IIRC.

Latest version is 6.1 General release and 5.2 General release was the previous version. You can find community versions here for download: https://www.alfresco.com/thank-you/thank-you-downloading-alfresco-community-edition
