External SSO getting Authentication prompt post login

We setup Alfersco share (Community edition) for External SSO authentication using OpenAM 10.0.0 (2012-April-13 10:24) on Apache httpd 2.4 server. (Both are running on windows)

When we login, the SSO authentication works fine and as expected, we skip Alfresco login page and directly see user dashboard. However, when the dashboard page loads we also see a authentication prompt appear. I'm not sure what is causing this prompt to appear. I'm also attaching a screenshot of the popup. We have been trying to fix this for 3 days now. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Probably you need to adopt some of the patches proposed by Ian Wright to integrate Alfresco with CAS (another External SSO Auth Subsystem).
