How to create a windows installer of Alfresco 7.2 on Windows Server?

Docker on Windows servers has poor performance and we are used to windows servers, I found the only production ready deployment method of Alfresco on Windows server is zip deployment.

But unfortunately Alfresco has focused on Linux for deployment of Alfresco versions since 6.x

The documentation for Alfresco deployment on Windows is very abstract and incomplete.

I am to build a windows installer for Alfresco 7.2 on Windows server so any help or usefull metrial is appreciated.
