How to delete default users

Hi friends 

I need to delete default users "Alice Beecher" "Mike Jackson" and  in alfresco repositoy?

I try with using "sample.site.disabled=true" in "alfresco-global.properties"

but it's not working

i use alfresco 5.2

Once Alfresco has been started once, this property has no effect anymore. You need to delete the users using the Admin Tools in Alfresco Share instead.
