How can I register to Alfresco Customer Success ?

Or this portal for Alfresco partner only?

I want to download Alfresco analytic add-on.

You need to be a customer of the Alfresco Enterprise Edition. In the order form for Enterprise Edition you can name two technical contacts - these will have access to the support portal.
