No preview for Office documents in alfresco Community 5.1?

Not starting LibreOffice and running how to resolve this issue ??

Any SSL certificate issue or something less

As always for such questions: Please provide more information. How did you install Alfresco? Is there any pertinent output in the Alfresco logs? What happens when you try to convert documents manually (via command line) with LibreOffice?

Already installed production server. Alfresco Community.

No preview for ms offices.

1. Not running LibreOffice on alfresco,then i resolve this issue by below link.....

(Document preview problem was fixed by changing libreoffice's ctl.sh to libreoffice_ctl.sh )

4. what is the server mode configuration(inside alfresco-gobal.properties) ?

Server mode is just an indication for the server status ，it seems it is not useful for anything other now in alfresco community version.
You can set it to following values in alfresco-global.properties
