Problem adding a new member to the site

I am a recent Alfresco user (share CE 5.2.7) and this is my first post:

After creating a new user, I cannot associate him as a member of a site. It does not appear on the list of possible members.

Forcing a reindexing it appears in the list.

Please help me, as it is unreasonable to reindex every new member of the site.

Are you using SOLR 6?

I am using Solr4.
