ReadTimeout when recovering delete folder

I've accidentely deleted a large folder.

Now I've tried to restore it in alfresco-share / trahscan.

After some 2 minutes the process is stopped. In the log it's said that there is a read timout. How can I increase it? Or how can I restore the folder outside of share?
