BRAND new to Activiti and BPM in general - need assist.

I am a business process owner (functional, not technical) and am new to the tool. Can anyone suggest a place to get basic definitions for each of the processes, what each does and when to use, etc. Basically need a "for dummies" version of processes, decisions tables and apps.. Thanks!
