is there any possiblity to transaction rollback from first user task will be failed?

Hi,

here i have attached one diagram.

my workflow will be failed from "status change "user task.

when it will be failed then i am getting 0 row in "act_hi_procinst" and "act_ru_task" tables.

for this reason i am not visible workflow in my application,

so can you please suggest me what should i do in this case?

Sorry can you explain what you mean by failed? Do you mean an error is thrown? What version are you using and in what way are you using Activiti? I find it hard to make any suggestions without more information.
