Create Process Attachment component - error

Hi,

I'm trying to attach file(s) to a process using the Create Process Attachment component.

I hardcoded the process instance ID to test it:

<adf-create-process-attachment [processInstanceId]="177501">
</adf-create-process-attachment>

Instead of the drag and drop area (as in the documentation), the component was displayed like that:

After selecting a file to upload, I got  the following error:

I'm using ADF 3.9, is there something Im doing wrong here?

How to use Create Process Attachment component correctly without this error and how did you fix it? I'm getting this message too:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'obj' of undefined
