Error in Installation of Yomen on Windows 7

I am getting below error while installation of Yomen generator on windows 7 64 bit system:

Hi, it sounds like a yeoman problem with your environment.

I suggest you refer Yeoman · GitHub  to the yeoman community to understand where is your problem.

It sounds like your local problem and I never experience a problem like that so maybe there you will find someone with your same issue or that knows why you have it
