Rest API - Seach a node with a name

Hello,
I am using Rest API
I would like to find a node (folder), with the nodeid of his parent and his name
I though i could use Filter(with where). I succeed whith "isFolder" propertie.
But impossible to use "name", it is not recognize.
I tried "name", "cm:name", "@cm:name"... 

.../nodes/4fb9f329-6830-4aa3-80dc-7c8cb2afa07b/children?skipCount=0&maxItems=100&where=(isFolder%3Dtrue)&fields=id,name

For example, I would like to thind this node with API :

En gros les APIs afresco ne permettent pas de rechercher un document par son nom
C'est juste extraordinaire...
