Gracias por tu solución, pero he probado con el usuario administrador de mi dominio, se conecta y tal, pero no muestra el icono de "Consola de Administración" que es lo que yo necesito. Seguiré investigando…

Puedes añadir al usuario que quieras al fichero authority-services-context.xml como admin y ya te sale el icono de "Consola de Administración".

Buenas!
Si "admin" es aún tu usuario de administración, deberías configurar una entrada correspondiente al usuario admin dentro de tu directorio LDAP.
Por tanto, si creas el usuario admin dentro del Active directory, deberías poder acceder con éste.

Hola ingcarloshud,Hola ajv, te cuento que ahora estoy trabajando sobre la version community 2.9b, pero aun no he podido con la sincronización. Te adjunto el codigo de ldap-athentication.properties, ldap-synchronisation.properties y scheduled-jobs-context.xml
Sería más fácil ayudarte si nos indicas los cambios que has realizado para intentar conseguir la sincronización, así como los errores que recibes en el fichero alfresco.log.
Desde la versión 2.1 se cambió un poco la forma de configurar el LDAP, facilitándolo mucho, ya que prácticamente consiste en modificar un par de ficheros de propiedades (ldap-authentication.properties y ldap-synchronisation.properties).

ese error a mi tb me daba cuando configuraba el archivo scheduled-jobs-context.xml, lo que yo hice fue desactivar esa opcion y no configurar ese archivo.
ademas en el archivo ldap-synchornization-context.xml debes eliminar unas lineas
en un post del tema cafeteria, deje un apunte con la configuracion echa por mi en un servidor con windows nt http://forums.alfresco.com/es/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=781 ahi esta y ve si te sirve.
Si mal no me equivoco y adrian me corrige si lo estoy ese error q te da es cuando desea generar una verificacion con el directorio activo como una sincronizacion para comprobar los usuarios del directorio activo.
ojala te sea de utilidad mi comentario y te solucione tu problema.

Un punto, el archivo ldap-synchronization-context.xml no lo debes borrar, sino que son algunas lineas que debes comentar.
Si no me equivoco el problema que tu tienes es cuando ejecuta este bean en el ldap-synchronization-context.xml
mira te adjunto el codigo del ldap-synchronization-context que a mi me funciono:
Si mal no recuerdo estas lineas son las que te provocan el problema en el error del log:
esas lineas deben estar comentadas.
tambien te dejo el archivo scheduled-jobs-context.xml
