Documents approval

If I have a document that requires approval of 3 people, for example, and one of them reproves the document, the documment automatically gets unavailable to the others. How can I keep the document active even if one of the revisors reprove? Or the only solution is the revisor that wants to reprove must just make an observation and don't execute the action?

And about your question, if you need that behaviour, you will need to create your own workflow template, as there is no way to change the way the out of the box one works.
