Buenas tardes, saludos 

mi pregunta es si yo puedo configurar allfresco para que la carpeta alf_data la busque en otro servidor?

Puedes montar una unidad externa en otro servidor y configurar la ruta de alfresco en el fichero alfresco-global.properties

Puedes montar una unidad externa en otro servidor y configurar la ruta de alfresco en el fichero alfresco-global.properties
