Hi everyone,

ever since I installed Alfresco, I have nothing but impressed by the incredible potential of this tool. However, I do have a minor black spot on the picture here.

Hopefully this has not been posted about as I found no references in previous posts…

If I follow the Tutorial, at some point we create a project from a Software engineering template, including a system-overview.html sample file.

After I copy the sample to my home space, I try to edit it and lo and behold, i get a 404 error.
Looking at the sample file download link, it seems that a SPAN tag is being inserted within the A tag

http://localhost:8080/alfresco%3Cspan%20id=%22edit-file:handleMetaDataEvent_id14%22%3E/download/attach/workspace/SpacesStore/dd141a79-3759-11da-b45b-736f8a76b442/system-overview.html%3C/span%3E
which of course renders as:
http://localhost:8080/alfresco%3Cspan%20id=%22edit-file:handleMetaDataEvent_id14%22%3E/download/attach/workspace/SpacesStore/dd141a79-3759-11da-b45b-736f8a76b442/system-overview.html%3C/span%3E

Bottom line is: i cant seem to edit this file. Other files seem to work fine for some obscure reason.

Has anyone encountered that situation? Any hints?

Thanks in advance! :)

Note: I'm running the JBoss version on XP Pro SP2
