encoding error when saving with an image in tinymce editor

Question asked by leon on May 30, 2006
I create a content with Chinese words.it displays when use other timymce plugins to add "<meta …/>" tags in the content (I recommend Alfresco adding this as default plugin). but when I insert an image, the html displays incorrect, no effect even I change the encoding of the Internet Explorer. I navigate to the folder "alf_data\contentstore\…" where the bin files stored, and check the file which stores wrong coding words

plz help me.
