HTTP 404 page when trying to start alfresco 1.3.0

My Setup:
Windows xp
#1 -Apache Tomcat 5.5
#2 -MySQL 5.0
#3 -Alfresco 1.3.0
#4.-Java (jdk-1_5_0_07-nb-5_0-win-ml)

I use windows installer for all three. 
#1 is installed here on my PC: c:\Tomcat5.5
#2 is installed here on my computer c:\MySQL
#3 is installed here on my computer c:\Alfresco-1.3.0
#4 is installed here on my computer c:\Java
- The JRE is located within the Java folder here:

c:\java\jdk1.5.0_07\jre

Environmental Variables

Catalina_Home = c:\Tomcat5.5
Java_Home = c:\\java\jdk1.5.0_07


Last Line of Tomcat Window:
INFO: Server Startup in 1000047ms


The Tomcat is working fine
MySQL seems to be working fine
Java (Not sure if it is doing anything)

Port 3306 MySQL           ……   Alfresco
Port 8080 TomCat5.5     ……   Alfresco

Install Sequence:

1. Java
2. Mysql
3. Tom Cat (Then we tuned the service off) *advised from the 
    forum  :wink:
4. Alfresco.


Startup Sequence (Start Menu :: Programs )

clicked on Install Alfresco as a Service

clicked on run Alfresco as a Service

clicked on start openoffice as a service

clicked on Start Alfresco ECM Community Network

clicked on Alfresco Web Client

Results ….still waiting for server to start
and arrived at:

HTTP Status 404 - /alfresco/

Can some one walk me thru the install steps for a Windows XP OS machine?
