Error when converting some text documents

I am trying to convert plain text to PDF using open office 2.1.  I am able to convert some text ok, and am able to convert word documents.  But when I covert the following text I get an error.


   * Boot From !CentOS 4.4 !ServerCD
   * At the initial boot screen with the boot: prompt, type *linux text*
   * Select all defaults
      * Installation Type: *server*
      * Network Configuration for eth0:
         * Unselect *Configure using DHCP*
         * Enter the IP Address and Netmask
      * Miscellaneous Network Settings
         * Enter the Gateway and DNS information
      * Hostname Configuration
         * Enter the hostname of the machine
      * Firewall: Select *No firewall*
      * Security Enhanced Linux: Select *Disabled*
      * Time Zone Selection: Select *System clock uses UTC*
      * Package Group Selection: take the default

The error I see is
