If I upload HTML file through Web Client and somebody opens the file in in-line editor and saves it, the html code gets changed. Most of the tags of original html file get tempered and new tags creep in. Is there any way to avoid this behavior?

This could be the TinyMCE editor changing things upon save, raise an issue in JIRA with some examples of what you're seeing and we'll take a look .
