Bad argument `tcp' starting Alfresco

Could any one here give me a hint as to what may be causing this and how I can fix it?

I am installed on Ubuntu Server.  I have followed the wiki's for 7.10 and 8.04, no good so far.  :(

Here are the errors I get…
