Alfresco migration changed the node id

Hi guys,
Recently I have migrated my Alfresco repository from 1.4 to 2.1 version. Also we have in our company a system which stores some links to documents placed in Alfresco like this:
http://server/alfresco/navigate/showSpaceDetails/workspace/SpacesStore/0d932455-f884-11db-b8c4-b3f7bfe4423e
This link worked fine in the previous version, but when I migrated to 2.1 version the document is no more accessible via this link.

In my opinion it seen that the migration has changed the document's node id.

Just some notes:
I did a full export of the repository generating ACP files and I converted this file to a new format used by the new version. (I used the tool provided by
the Alfresco).

Is it possible the conversion changed the node id? The Alfresco import tool
could changed the node id? or even the Lucene indexing generation?

Can anyone help me?

Thanks in advance,

Bruno
