Siebel CRM and Alfresco

Good Afternoon all

We are a Siebel Consultant company and one of our customers is asking us about the possibility of using Alfresco ECM for the Siebel feature of Call Center, so users can check FAQ's, or add Product Descriptions in Siebel for each Service Request they get from the customer.

Our idea is to use Alfresco to store those FAQ's and Product Descriptions so the user from Siebel could read, delete or create them and link them to each Service Request.

Has anyone of this forum done this before?, I mean is it possible any ideas of how this can be done?
