Error Accessing a node in a customized wizard

Question asked by jlabuelo on Jun 11, 2009
Hi all

We have created a wizard in alfresco to easily add properties to a node as part as a pre-approve process for some documents. These documents are jpg files, so basically the user has to go to the space where the documents are, click in the dropdown list of the node (Lock, UnLock, Copy, Cut, Delete…) and select to start the wizard.

First step of the wizar is to show the metadata of the document and fill it up.
Second step of the wizar id to show in the screen the jpg document and approve it clicking finish.

Quite easy… however sometimes when we click on next in the first step of the wizard, we get this error message:

08:41:08,119 ERROR [org.quartz.core.JobRunShell] Job DEFAULT.ftsIndexerJobDetail threw an unhandled Exception:

It is strange because the node exists…. any idea os what can be happening?

Maybe is because users go to fast and when they finish one document they just select to start another one without waiting for all the jsp page where the documents are to load 100%?

Thanks a lot in advance for the suggestions
Cheers
