lucene index

Question asked by voogy on Nov 13, 2009
Greetings all,

We want to use alfresco 3.2 to store and manage documents using CFIS and offer them to others by using the web client.
(I'm more an administrator than a developer)

I have two problems:

1.   We have copied a thousand documents (word, Excel and pdf) into alfresco 3.2 by using CFIS.
For some reason not all the document-content is fully indexed. How can I rebuild the lucene fulltext index for version 3.2

2.   When searching for a string the next warning appears in the log:
15:03:35,089 WARN  [org.alfresco.web.bean.BrowseBean] Missing object returned from search indexes: id = workspace://SpacesStore/d3645d28-934a-45af-a4c5-58f0cd20040d search query: ( TYPE:"{http://www.alfresco.org/model/content/1.0}content"  AND (@\{http\://www.alfresco.org/model/content/1.0\}name:'winter"  TEXT:"winter")) ( TYPE:"{http://www.alfresco.org/model/content/1.0}folder"  AND (@\{http\://www.alfresco.org/model/content/1.0\}name:'winter" ))

Thanks in advance
