Does CIFS actually work?

OK, I have a very simple setup, Alfresco version 3.2 installed on a Microsoft Windows 2003 Server.  It is the ONLY thing installed on the server.  The server is part of a Domain.  The Passthru authentication seems to be working, I can log in to both http://my.server.name:8080/alfresco and http://my.server.name:8080/share with any domain credentials.  I can not however connect to Alfresco using CIFS.  If I click on Start, Run, then type \\alfrescoshare\alfresco from any workstation or server I can get a box asking for username and password, I can only access this using admin/admin.  My subnet is 192.168.100.0/24 and the Allfresco server local IP is 192.168.100.20.  Before you ask, yes I have read all the config Wiki's as well as gone through the forums.   I am sooo close and just need a little help.  Included are my config files:
