I am currently testing Alfresco's CMIS webservices using soapUI and just connecting directly to Alfresco's server (http://cmis.alfresco.com/cmis/).  So far it's been pretty smooth, but I came across the getContentChanges function from the Discovery Service.  It doesn't seem to be working correctly because I get this return message:

<soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
   <soap:Header>
      <wsse:Security xmlns:wsse="http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd">
         <wsu:Timestamp wsu:Id="Timestamp-2122335309" xmlns:wsu="http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-utility-1.0.xsd">
            <wsu:Created>2010-01-12T16:34:34.753Z</wsu:Created>
            <wsu:Expires>2010-01-12T16:39:34.753Z</wsu:Expires>
         </wsu:Timestamp>
      </wsse:Security>
   </soap:Header>
   <soap:Body>
      <soap:Fault>
         <faultcode>soap:Server</faultcode>
         <faultstring>Runtime error. Message: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: ""</faultstring>
         <detail>
            <cmisFault xmlns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/cmis/messaging/200908/" xmlns:ns2="http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/cmis/core/200908/">
               <type>runtime</type>
               0
               <message>Runtime error. Message: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: ""</message>
            </cmisFault>
         </detail>
      </soap:Fault>
   </soap:Body>
</soap:Envelope>

This is my request:
<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:ns="http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/cmis/messaging/200908/">
   <soapenv:Header/>
   <soapenv:Body>
      <ns:getContentChanges>
         <ns:repositoryId>84ccfe80-b325-4d79-ab4d-080a4bdd045b</ns:repositoryId>
         <ns:changeLogToken></ns:changeLogToken>
         <ns:includeProperties>false</ns:includeProperties>
         <ns:filter></ns:filter>
         <ns:includePolicyIds>false</ns:includePolicyIds>
         <ns:includeACL>false</ns:includeACL>
         <ns:maxItems>0</ns:maxItems>
         <ns:extension>
            <!–You may enter ANY elements at this point–>
         </ns:extension>
      </ns:getContentChanges>
   </soapenv:Body>
</soapenv:Envelope>

It used to give me a "Not implemented" message about 3 weeks ago.  Is this function a working function or is there something wrong with my request call?
