Record Management, how to set up Transfer Location

Following the Record management GUI, when creating File Plan, I can enter value for Transfer Location. How I can enter that?

I created a folder called "Demo" in Record Space using "Create Space". Then I entered a value "Demo" in this Transfer Location field. But no record are added into this folder even there are many records that were cuttoff or retention.
