Best Linux Flavor for 3.2

I've tried the Ubuntu pre-packaged install and found it wanting, so I intend to install the complete 3.2 package on a new server. My question… which Linux flavor have you all found to be the most convenient? Which has the most prerequisite software in its repositories and requires the least about on setup and customization before installing Alfresco?

I've had experience with Fedora, Ubuntu, and Centos. Each had some advantages, but I'm unsure of which is the easiest to configure to handle the complete Community 3.2 installation.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
