Change link to alfresco meeting workplace from outlook

Question asked by stasya on May 16, 2012
Hi,

I am using Alfresco 4.d and am trying to configure sharepoint.

When I create a new meeting workspace from outlook, a link is generated that should point to the new meetings workspace.

Meeting Workspace: test sharepoint link 6
Visit the workspace to learn more about this meeting or edit its contents.

However, the link does not point to the correct address, and does not work.
Instead of pointing to the calendar in alfresco share (https, port 8443), it points to the calendar in alfresco sharepoint (http, port 7070).

Automatically created link:
http://myalfresconame.com:7070/alfresco/test_sharepoint_link_6?calendar=calendar
Desired  link:
https:// myalfresconame.com:8443/share/page/site/test_sharepoint_link_6/calendar

I have tried configuring the following properties, but nothing works.
Here are my current settings:

alfresco.context=alfresco
alfresco.host= myalfresconame.com
alfresco.port=8080
alfresco.protocol=http

share.context=share
share.host= myalfresconame.com:8443
share.port=443
share.protocol=https

###configure sharepoint
# The port on which the SPP server listens, this is used in the URL in the MS Office clients
vti.server.port=7070

# Share uses this webscript to determine the host and port to use when generating the Edit Online link
vti.server.external.host= myalfresconame.com
vti.server.external.port= ${vti.server.port}

# For internal use only
vti.server.sessionIdManager.workerName=jetty1

# The following properties are used as templates of Share URLs that are opened from MS Office clients
# NOTE: At runtime the … are replaced with the relevant site name
vti.share.siteInBrowser=/page/site/…/dashboard
vti.share.siteSettings=/page/site/…/customise-site
vti.share.siteGroupMembership=/page/site/…/site-members
vti.share.userInformation=/page/user/…/profile
vti.share.documentLibrary=/page/site/…/documentlibrary
vti.share.documentDetails=/page/site/…/document-details
vti.share.calendar=/page/site/…/calendar

I need the link to start with
${ share.protocol }://${share.host}/ share.context/

How can I change the link to the share address of the calendar instead of the sharepoint address of the calendar?

Is there a template that’s responsible for this generated link?

Thank you,
stasya
