YUI Menubar Always Placed Above Share Header

Question asked by stevegreenbaum on Apr 30, 2010
I am creating a new page in Share using the YUI Datatable and Menubar.  Both are working fine, however, the menu always appears at the top of page (above Share menus) even though I specified the that the YUI menu should be displayed beneath the Share menus.

In the creation of the YUI menu I specify a DIV that is within the menubar region (see template below).  In the menubar component’s HTML I specify the DIV that the menu should be placed in.  The menu is declared with static positioning.

Seems like YUI moves the DIV above even though it was specified to live below the Share menus.

Anyone been able to control the location of the YUI menu within Share?

Here is the template:

<#include "include/alfresco-template.ftl" />
<@templateHeader "transitional">
   <@link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="${page.url.context}/themes/${theme}/header/header.css" />
   <@link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="${page.url.context}/components/style.css" />
</@>

<@templateBody>
  <div id="alf-hd">
    <@region id="header" scope="global" protected=true />
    <@region id="title" scope="global" />
   <@region id="navigation" scope="template" protected=true />
  </div>

  <div id="bd">
    <div id="content">

    <div id="center">
        <@region id="center" scope="page" />
   </div>
    <div id="menubar">

        <@region id="menubar" scope="page" />
   </div>

    </div>

  </div>
</@>

<@templateFooter>
  <div id="alf-ft">
    <@region id="footer" scope="global" />
  </div>
</@>
