Doclib Second Email Sent When Document Enters Folder

Question asked by whispering on Jun 6, 2012
Hi

There is a folder "Reference Materials" and a sub folder "Training Materials" beneath it.

Then I created a rule on "Reference Materials" to send an email when a document enters the folder.

For the rule, I ticked the check box - Rule applies to sub folders.

When I uploaded a document "Reimbursement.xls" into the "Training Materials" folder - two emails were sent out by Alfresco.

The first one (below)
A new document 'Reimbursement.xls', is available in the '/Company Home/Sites/temp/documentLibrary/Reference Materials/Training Materials' folder, it was added by Administrator .

The second one (below)
A new document 'doclib', is available in the '/Company Home/Sites/temp/documentLibrary/Reference Materials/Training Materials/Reimbursement.xls' folder, it was added by Administrator .

The Freemarker template is as per below.
A new document '${document.name}', is available in the '${document.displayPath}' folder, it was added by ${person.properties.firstName}<#if person.properties.lastName?exists> ${person.properties.lastName}</#if>.

The first email is what I expected.

Can anyone help me so that the second email is not sent out?
