Resource bundles and mandatory aspects

I have a custom type (my:type) which has a mandatory aspect  (my:aspect).

I have created a form in Alfresco Share for the creation of a new document of my:type which includes properties from the mandatory aspects. Problem is the share form doesn't download the label (titel) from the resource bundle for this form. And this only for the properties from the aspect, for the properties from the type it works perfectly.

Once the document is created and I edit the metadata the resource bundle reference is loaded. It is only on creation.

My resource bundle looks something like this:

my_custommodel.property.my_typeproperty1=Prop 1
my_custommodel.property.my_typeproperty2=Prop 2
my_custommodel.property.my_typeproperty3=Prop 3
my_custommodel.property.my_aspectproperty1=Aspect Prop 1
my_custommodel.property.my_aspectproperty2=Aspect Prop 2
my_custommodel.property.my_aspectproperty3=Aspect Prop 3

So the create form does not show e.b. Aspect Prop 1, but my:aspectproperty1, the edit form does. The type properties are always fine.

I can work around this by defining a label or label-id in the Alfresco Share Form definition, but this should not be necessary I think. Am I looking at a bug or should I define my resource bundles differently.
