Rule: Email notification on specific interval

I have 2 different folder levels.

First: Folder A (Email Rule on Updating Documents is set)
Second: Folders B,C,D…. (Each folder belongs to ONE Person + Admin)

On the Second Level, I want to set a specific Rule so the owners of the Folder get notified by Email every 2 month to have a look at the Folder and update their documents.
Out of the box, this is possible.
But the problem is, that every Folder owner would get the Same Email reminder every 2 Month at the same time!

My Question:
Is it possible connect the Rule/Email-Reminder with the modification date of the document?
So if the documents were edited 2 Month ago last time, the users gets an Email?
