xforms/XFormsModelElement class not found

Question asked by alecbrecher on Aug 30, 2010
I am successfully running alf 3.4 on jboss 5.0.1.  I needed to go to alf 3.4 because of a Surf bug fix.

I seemed to be successfully running WCM 3.3 but when I try to create a new document the xform class seems to not be available:

02:53:16,813 User:admin ERROR [ui.common.Utils] org/w3c/xforms/XFormsModelElement
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/w3c/xforms/XFormsModelElement
   at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass1(Native Method)
   at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClassCond(
   at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass(

Having seen this:
I added to org.w2c.xforms to the loader filter but still get the error.

I have not installed the virtual-tomcat as I don't plan to use it.  Is it possible I am missing a library in my deployment?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  -Alec
