Public Share Link as only external accessable resource

Question asked by qkyrie on Dec 20, 2012
Hi all

We're having a bit of a security issue in our company. Due to security restrictions, our Alfresco shouldn't be able to be accessable from outside of our domain anymore. Nonetheless, we still want to be able to share links using the Public Share Link in Alfresco Share.

This means that the link to our alfresco (alfresco.mycompany.com/alfresco) isn't accessable anymore without Juniper Network connect using an OTP, but in some way something.mycompany.com/share/s/… (where this is a rewrite to our internal link) should be visitable, so our customers can see files we shared with them.

Does anyone have a decent idea on how we could be solving this issue?

kind regards
