Corrupted nodes

I have a problem with some of the documents in my 3.0 Community edition alfresco. There are already about 100k documents in the repository, but now more and more of them are getting corrupted.

What happens is that when I try to edit and save some of the properties, or whatever else, I get the error: Transaction didn't commit: null - and the document can't get saved.

An example, I'm trying to save a documents' description, I get this error:
10:42:50,908  INFO  [repo.transaction.RetryingTransactionHelper] Retrying defaultAsyncAction1: count  0; wait: 0.1s; msg: "Row was updated or deleted by another transaction (or unsaved-value mapping was incorrect): [org.alfresco.repo.domain.hibernate.NodeImpl#1401813]"; exception: (org.hibernate.StaleObjectStateException)
10:43:10,740 User:ibrkic ERROR [web.scripts.AbstractRuntime] Exception from executeScript - redirecting to status template error: null

Now, I can move the document to other spaces, but I can't delete them. I tried rebuilding lucene index, it didn't help.

It's becoming more and more of a problem. Since workflows work with documents properties, workflows are stuck too.

Can somebody at least point in a direction, where I could look?
