File Upload[Solved]

hi
   i want to create a java api where i will be able to upload files.
   i got this link in alfresco wiki
    http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Web_Scripts_Examples#Upload_Form
   in the file upload.get.html.ftl
   am not able to understand where i need to declare or define these url.context,server.edition etc.
