CMIS Query Question

Question asked by cshryock on Aug 16, 2011
Hello.

I have a query that is return multiple results and it should only be returning one. Wanted to make sure I wasn't doing something stupid before I opened (or attempted to open) a ticket.

Model: nm:newModel
Extends dl:dataListItem
nm:reference

Two record:
cm:name = 'York'
nm:reference = 'york'

cm:name = 'New York'
nm:reference = 'new york'

Query:
SELECT cmis:objectId FROM nm:newModel WHERE nm:reference = 'york'

It is returning both results, but in my mind, the query should only return the "York" record. Not both. (In the CMIS workbench is it returning both.) I would expect both if the query was WHERE nm:reference CONTAINS('york').

Am I not seeing something right?

Thanks in advance,
Chad.
