envoi de mail de notification sur Alfresco Share

sur Alfresco Share j'ai créé un site dans lequel j'ai mis plusieurs fichiers accessibles par les membres invités sur ce site.
je voudrais générer un mail à tout les membres du groupe à la mise à jour d'un fichier.

j'ai créé un fichier de notification dans Email Notify Template:

  Le folio '${document.name}' a été mis à jour par ${person.properties.firstName} <#if person.properties.lastName?exists> ${person.properties.lastName}</#if>

l'envoi de mail est déjà configuré et fonctionne sous alfresco explorer et aussi pour l'envoi d'invitation des utilisateurs du site

mais sur le log s'affiche des erreurs d'envoi de mail et aussi que je chemin Node du fichier est inexistant:

j'ai remarqué aussi que l'  UUID sur le log ne correspond pas à celui du fichier.

si vous avez déjà résolu cette problématique, votre aide sera la bienvenue.

Bonjour

Pouvez-vous nous en dire plus sur votre installation Alfresco.
De plus vous parlez de share et un site sur lequel vous déposer des documents dans la librairie documentaire.
Puis ensuite, vous nous parlez de règle mise en place sous Explorer.

J'ai peur que vous soyez face à une incompatibilité.

Essayez de déclarer votre règle à partir d'Alfresco Share et non pas d'Explorer.

Bonjour,

La configuration que j'utilise est la suivante:
Alfresco Community Version 3.3g sous windows XP avec Mysql 5.1.48

Sur le Share je n'ai pas vu le moyen d'ajouter une règle liée au contenu de la librairie documentaire
effectivement, il y a un problème d'incompatibilité entre les deux interfaces vu que l’accès au document

n'est pas possible.

avez-vous une idée sur le mode d'accès a un fichier sur le share?!!

j'ai trouvé la page pour affecter des règles de contenu au dossier en suivant les étapes sur la video

lorsque je désigne le destinataire et le mail de notification à envoyer
les deux barres "Create" et "Create and create another" ne sont pas cliquables!!

faut-il changer ou rajouter des lignes sur un script?!!

Normalement, lorsque vous êtes sur la "popup" de renseignement du message et des destinataires, vous ne pouvez en effet cliquer sur les boutons de la page "derrière". Sur cette "popup", vous devez cliquer sur "ok" pour valider votre message.
Ensuite, vous serez à nouveau sur la page de définition de la règle et les boutons seront cliquables (pourvu que tous les champs obligatoires aient été remplis)

En ce qui concerne les champs obligatoires : il n'y  a qu'un seul celui de Name ( le premier champ sur la page )
Les deux boutons sur la page de définition de la règle  restent inactifs après l'étape du popup!
le problème persiste méme en envoyant qu'un message texte sans passer par le mail de notification

Lorsque vous voulez valider la règle mais que les deux boutons sont inactifs (grisés), est-ce qu'il y a une icône orange avec un point d'exclamation à côté de la liste déroulante du bloc "Perform action", celle où vous choisissez "send email" ?

non, pas de triangle avec point d'exclamation. la page parait normal sauf que les deux boutons de création restent inactifs. sur le log aussi il n'y a rien d'anormal!
