Postgresql doesn`t start anymore

First I was not able to shut down postgresql by the script restart anymore.

Then I stopped successfully postgresql manually by pg_ctl stop -m i (first I tried pg_ctl stop -m f , but this didn`t help)
But in the postgresql.log I got:
FATAL:  the database system is shutting down

I also checked via ps -ef that no processing regarding postgresql are running anymore.
And as I wanted to start the DB again I doesn`t work and I got:

pg_ctl.bin: could not start server
Examine the log output.
/home/otca/alfresco-5.0.d/postgresql/scripts/ : postgresql  could not be started

and in postgresql.log:
FATAL:  could not fsync file "base/1": Invalid argument

Thanks for help in advance
