On my new Alfresco 4.2.c Community Windows 7 install I get this annoying error related to Windows dll.
My alfresco runs on tomcat 7. On server startup I get:

10:17:35,773 ERROR [org.alfresco.fileserver] java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no Win32NetBIOSx64 in java.library.path
10:17:35,774 ERROR [org.alfresco.fileserver]    at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadLibrary(ClassLoader.java:1860)
10:17:35,774 ERROR [org.alfresco.fileserver]    at java.lang.Runtime.loadLibrary0(Runtime.java:845)

10:17:35,792 ERROR [org.alfresco.fileserver]    at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:722)
10:17:35,793 ERROR [org.alfresco.fileserver] Error accessing Win32 NetBIOS, check DLL is on the path

Where do I have to put those libraries? On the tomcat linked java/jre/bin?

I know it could be a silly question but I have to ask for admin privileges to do copy-paste on that dir, I have to be sure of where to act.
These errors started showing on Windows 7 x64.

Thanks in advance
