Forum login problems

If you should run into the temporarly problem, that you are not able to login to the forum or openworkdesk.org, even you used the correct user credentials (user name and password), please try the following steps:

- If using Internet Explorer 7 or 8:
Go to Internet Options and click the "Delete" button. Select "Cookies" and press the "Delete" button to delete all saved cookies. Close the running Internet Explorer instance and restart Internet Explorer. Visit openworkdesk.org once more and you should be able to login now.

- If using Mozilla Firefox 3.6.x or 4.x:
Go to "Extras" and select "Clear recent history". Select "Cookies" and press the "Delete now" button to delete all saved cookies. Close the running Mozilla Firefox instance and restart Mozilla Firefox. Visit openworkdesk.org once more and you should be able to login now.
