bootstrap a site using jar

Hi All,

I am a new share developer and have just created an extension jar which set custom-skin and landing page of share site.
In that jar i extended preset file and added new custom skin based on alfresco documentation.

in my ant script i copy this jar into "{tomcat-share}\webapps\share\WEB-INF\lib" dir.

But for this to work i have to manually create a site first and then deploy my jar which is not a solution for production servers.

What is the way to bootstrap a site and make it a part of my jar.
I have read some forum posts regarding this but could not find any "solved" solution for 4.2-c version.

What is the correct way of creating site using a jar extension.I do have admin access to my share site.
